No longer includes the irrigator, antibacterial soap, and usb heater.
To answer a few questions:
No I have not used it
Breasts are very jiggly and soft, would make a fantastic breast masturbator
There is no skeleton, but place on a large towel and you can carry it around easily
There really is no smell to the TPE unless you get close to it but it is very soft
