How do you come up with a name that sticks?

Do you guys and gals base names off of actresses and other celebrities or is it just what pops up in your mind when looking at her?
I use the names my dolls were ordered under. My first doll would have been a Lucy had the customer service been better at the first online store I saw her. Another site had the same model and great customer service. So she is Delia.
My second doll would have been a Victoria but she wasn't on sale. A different model was being sold with a free extra head for cheaper than Victoria. So now I have Aika and Felicity.
Plenty of other names and faces to fantasize about if you want to think of a particular person. My dolls don't mind if I think of other women.
